My online membership includes LIVE streaming classes on Zoom as well as an expanding library of on-demand videos. My online classes are playful, versatile, and educational. They are curated for all levels, with plenty of options to customize your experience whether advanced or a beginner. Every class offers an opportunity to refine and sharpen your yoga practice while cultivating awareness and knowledge of your body so that you can move well in all aspects of your life.

If you’d like to simply drop into a single class, you can purchase a 24-hour day pass for $15. Be sure to check the live class schedule below before purchasing your class pass.* Your drop-in will also give you access to the video library for the day. Day Passes expire 24-hours after purchase.

It's my pleasure to collaborate with my colleague and friend Catherine la O'.

Catherine has been a student of yoga for 20 years. She was trained as a level 1 & 2 restorative yoga teacher with Judith Hansen Lasater and is a student of Buddhist mindfulness meditation. She believes that the ability to truly rest takes practice and is a great act of self-love. Enjoy taking her Monday Gentle Yoga class as part of my membership platform! This class is a slow-moving, meditative, and calm practice incorporating a therapeutic perspective of Yoga and can support students who are re-entering their practice after a long break or are looking to slow things down and reconnect to the body’s inner wisdom.
