TWISTING FLOW

In these practices, you will learn how to move your spine in all directions, creating freedom and strength. We will see how the spine plays a key role in understanding core, back-body, shoulder, and hip strength and flexibility.

STEADY FLOW

These classes offer a steady-paced practice that will build strength and flexibility while inviting a deep grounding quality through a full-spectrum practice. Slow and steady does not mean easier!

GENTLE FLOW

Support your body with a soothing gentle practice that focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga postures while using the breath to create space in your body and mind.

SHORT, ON-THE-GO PRACTICES

Some days we don’t have a minimum of 60 minutes for a yoga practice. Here you will find a collection of shorter (but just as powerful) yoga practices ranging in various themes and lengths from 15, 30, and 45 minutes.
